Are your Blu-rays brand new or used?

We exclusively sell brand new, factory-sealed Blu-ray discs to ensure the highest playback quality and the inclusion of any original digital codes or inserts.

What is your return policy for opened media?

Due to the nature of physical media, we can only accept returns on opened items if the disc is defective. Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
