At Region A Blu-ray, we want you to enjoy your cinematic experience; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your Blu-ray or 4K UHD disc is still in its original shrink-wrap and the case is undamaged to qualify for a standard return.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in a protective bubble mailer or box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
